Free Membership

For people who want to learn about investing and start-ups, make 1-2 investments per year and participate in the community.

  • Worked example:

    You invest £1,000

    Start-Up Valuation: £100,000

    Exit Valuation: £1,000,000

    £1,000 X 10 (The Exit Multiple) = £10,000


    15% of £10,000 = £1,500 (RS Carry Fee)


    Your return: £8,500

  • Worked Example:

    You invest £1,000

    £1,000 + 2% = £20

    Total investment required: £1,020

Angel Membership - £25.00 Per Month

For people who’ve invested before and keen to expand their portfolio. If you make 3-5 investments per year, between £2,000-£10,000 tickets this is suitable for you.

  • Worked example:

    You invest £1,000

    Start-Up Valuation: £100,000

    Exit Valuation: £1,000,000

    £1,000 X 10 (The Exit Multiple) = £10,000

    10% of £10,000 = £1,000 (RS Carry Fee)

    Your return: £9,000

  • You do not pay anything in addition to your investment when participating in a deal.

  • When S/EIS allocations become available, you get priority to take up the allocation.

Archangel Membership - £99.00 Per Month

For institutional investors and very active investors. If you’re investing £10,000 upwards tickets and 5+ investments per year, this is suitable for you.

  • Worked example:

    You invest £1,000

    Start-Up Valuation: £100,000

    Exit Valuation: £1,000,000

    £1,000 X 10 (The Exit Multiple) = £10,000

    5% of £10,000 = £500 (RS Carry Fee)

    Your return: £9,500

  • You do not pay anything in addition to your investment when participating in a deal.

  • Join our slack channel, view our deals, attend events and join the discussion to help grow the UK tech scene.

  • When S/EIS allocations become available, you get priority to take up the allocation.

  • If a deal allocation is not able to exceed our ticket size. You will dislodge other members to make sure you’re involved in the deal.

  • You will receive 25% of the RS carry for any deals you bring to the community instead of 15%.
