Welcome to The User Syndicate Limited, trading as Revenue Syndicate ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms", "ToS") govern your membership and use of our services ("Services"). By subscribing to our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Membership Subscription

2.1. Subscription Period: Your subscription to the Services is valid for one (1) year from the date of your enrollment ("Subscription Period").

2.2. Renewal: Your Subscription automatically renews at the end of each Subscription Period, unless you notify us of your intent to cancel.

2.3. Cancellation Policy: To cancel your Subscription, you must notify us in writing at least 30 days prior to the end of your current Subscription Period.

2.4. No Refund Policy: If you cancel your Subscription, please be aware that we do not provide refunds for any remaining portion of your Subscription Period.

3. Use of Services

3.1. Access to Services: As a member, you will have access to our investment community and other Services as specified in your Subscription.

3.2. Compliance: You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

4. Liability and Disclaimer

4.1. Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms.

4.2. Disclaimer: The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Amendment of Terms

5.1. Modification: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any modification indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
